Mr. Satyendra Singh

Mr. Singh has over 40 years of experience including insurance operations, Human Resource Management and Learning and Development.

He led the Corporate Training Center of National insurance Company for four years &was Part of National Insurance Academy, Pune team for three years. He also taught at IIM Indore, Amity University, IILM University, and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (in association with Vlerick Business School, Belgium). He continues to be Member Board of Studies, Amity University.

He worked on projects on “PML Assessment” for General Insurance Corporation of India and “Pay as you Drive” project for New India Assurance Company.

Worked with Sector Regulator/ Insurers’ Association in Mongolia & Ethiopia to train all operational heads of Insurers as well as evolve Standard Process Manual for Underwriting.

Mr. Arif Hoda

Mr. Hoda has more than 40 years of experience in Indian insurance market. Last he was advisor to Marsh for their India operations after superannuating from United India Insurance Company as Chairman cum Managing Director, the 2nd largest insurance company in India.

Mr. Hoda has also been Director on the Boards of Agriculture Insurance Company of India, Kenindia Assurance Company Kenya Nairobi and XLO India a leading automobile Component manufacturer of India.

He was Member Governing Board of National Insurance Academy.
